#Intro
Hello everybody, My names Ryan, i'm presenting you with my GM application; its a bit lengthy but please read it all. I broke down the application very carefully!
#Things you should know
I eat a lot and digest very quickly, therefore I'm not able to become fat. I have alot of Stamina; I've gone mountain biking every month, and I ran a 35 km marathon. I go to school and I have tutor lessons too ( ugh ! ), I like making people laugh :].
#What i'm like
In game, i'd probably the most random person you'll ever meet. I like to make people laugh, and I can call myself a comedian/Class Clown. But I'm a very hard worker, and i'm serious when I need to be. I like problems, i'm a problem solver, I will always work out a solutions with the player. I like to help the people who want help or very much need help.

Do you have experience with being a Game Master? :
I have alot of experience with the role of GM, and played them very well. I've worked with one of the best coders today ( Wizet on Ragezone, that use to be his name, but it changed ). I've played so many servers I can't count ( or remember ). This is one of the most memorable experiences I've had, I would like to step up and become a GM with Experience and the ability to help.

Why should we chose you to have the chance of a GM?
I still need areas of improvement in other's eyes, but I believe i'm definitely ready in all aspects as I have gained impressive knowledge from past servers.
Also, I can solve issues very quickly and efficiently, with common sense and personal knowledge. With those two key points in mind, I am able to solve many problems myself and help other players with it as well. I know the role of GM is stressful and challenging, but I have the time and effort to overcome these issues.
Furthermore, what little i've done for this server is not enough, I haven't done anything of use and I want to be a GM to help the server, and with this I will keep trying. I am able to make friends very quickly and I don't like to shout and spam to solve a problem.
I have a vast amount of knowledge about Private servers and Maplestory, I've been playing since the beta stages of it. I have been playing private servers for over 4 years now, going back from v27.
I'm one of those people who can accomplish anything if they try, if i were given the role of GM, I would commit myself everyday to and its players.

How much will you be active (in hours each day):
Since it is summer, I could play about 6-9 hours each day. Around school, I could only play 2-4 hours a day.
What are you capable of doing?
I am capable of resolving arguments or major problems within the server, I have helped many with their problems such as Bugs and Glitches and tried my hardest to resolve them. I get along with players quite well,and spend most of my time now, Socializing and getting to know other players so I have more knowledge of the people around me. I understand all the responsibilities that come with the job, and am willing to tackle it all. Also I can do Flash, C++ and other basic aspects of maintaining a server, I have knowledge with servers and made a few myself. I have many skills required to adapt to any situation i might be put through, and I have enough intellect to solve any situation.

What will you do if you saw a hacker(GM point of View)
A hacker is an unacceptable part of Maplestory, and gives them an unfair advantage and disagrees with the Terms and Argeements. Therefore I must immediately take 3 screenshots and ban them with a proper ban reason but short ban reason, I will temp ban for minor issues, and perm ban lets them have an advantage over other players which breaches my code of "fair go". If they wish to make an unban appeal, I will consider, post up the screenshots and ask staff members and ask for their opinion.
Why do you want to be a GameMaster?
Well, saying I want to help the players is very cliched, but that's exactly what I want to do. To help, socialise and make the server every bit of fun for them, since i'm very active they probably can see my everyday for at least 2 - 4 hrs ( 3 - 9 hrs in school holidays ). This server draws me towards it, but i realised its not the awesome server, its the players and the helpful staff members, and I want to help it's players and become a very helpful and meaningful staff member in the gaming aspect. I like making people laugh and make things joyful for them. Even though this is a small server, I still want to try my best to make it extremely fun, but at the same time solving problems and giving all the players a fair go
